In this interactive session we combine our ongoing research into sector-specific management best practice with the knowledge of participants to build models of excellence that can be implemented to create top-performing businesses.

• Management Buy Outs

What are they and how do you pull one off successfully? Bellevue Partners have extensive first-hand experience of taking businesses through MBO’s. In this session we share this knowledge with participants to help them see if this is a route that would make sense for them.

• Turnaround and performance improvement

How do you bring a business back to rude commercial health? In tough economic conditions as well as fine ones, businesses can get into trouble. In this session we share our experience of successfully managing businesses turn themselves around when performance has slipped.

• Getting the FD on side

This workshop is particularly designed for those working in sales, marketing and creative roles. It is a guide to finance and making your argument commercially compelling so that you can win over the FD to your way of thinking, an important step in closing a sale or getting the greenlight for your project.
